While on vacation with our brand new rental car, the keyfob got locked in the car...no idea how that happens on a brand new car. After a very heated moment, we called County Line Towing and the representative was very polite, responsive, and understanding. We were way out on the Cape and expected a extensive wait time. Wrong. Our teenage daughter was in Port St. Joe with some friends while we were in Alabama. She had a flat tire on her car so I contacted roadside assistance and Buck was there within half an hour!! We misplaced the key to our truck. Buck came very quickly and got it unlocked for us. I thought the price he charged was fair and reasonable. I’m sure some other people would have charged more. He was very helpful in calling different places to find the least expensive place to get a replacement key made.
